While it is our main goal to provide top notch customer service to our customers, it is crucial that we emphasize that ALL products are FINAL sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged! Your purchase cannot be reversed or cancelled once you have submitted your order. In the event that there is any confusion about an order's status or a customer service issue please contact us via email at Protectyourjewels.lc@gmail.com
Please allow us 24-48 business hours from the time your email is sent for a representative to respond to your email. In rare cases where intensive attention is required to fulfill your inquiry/request, we ask that you allow at least 72 business hour for a response from a customer service representative. To allow a quicker and smoother email response, we ask that you please include your name and order number in the subject line of your email. Please include your inquiry in the body of the email.

Shipping fees depend on the following:

1. Reshipment
2. Chosen shipment method
3. International/Domestic Shipment

We are not responsible for any fees associated your order! If your order is returned for any reason, you are responsible for any fees, including shipping cost. In the event that you are issued a refund or store credit, you are still responsible for all shipping and processing fees.

Our hours of operation for shipping and email response are Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm (CST). We do not operate on weekends!
We ask that you please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be shipped. Please expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days AFTER order has been shipped. This excludes weekends and all major USA holidays.
Protect Your Jewels LC is not responsible for any lost or stollen packages. We ask that you please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges due to lost or stolen items.
